PUBLIC RECORD / PRIVACY
Privacy & data handling.
What we collect, why we use it, and how to ask about a record. Plainly stated.
What this notice covers
This is a plain-language explanation of how The Cold Bureau handles information submitted through the Bureau Assessment and related direct contact.
It applies to prospective clients, client contacts, callers, and others who contact The Cold Bureau about its services.
What we collect
For an assessment, we collect the contact and assignment information you choose to provide: company name, contact name, role, work email, WhatsApp number, website, offer, target market, business problem, prospect-list readiness, current outbound activity, and relevant notes.
We may also receive limited technical and analytics information needed to operate the site, understand its use, and keep it reliable.
Why we use it
We use assessment information to review whether an assignment is suitable, contact you about that review, prepare or deliver agreed Bureau work, maintain operational records, and meet legitimate business or legal requirements.
The Cold Bureau does not sell or rent assessment information as a contact list.
Who can access it
Access is limited to The Cold Bureau and the service providers needed to operate its site, communications, client portal, and assignment workflows. Information is shared only where it is necessary to provide the service, comply with law, or protect the business and its users.
Retention and requests
We keep information only for as long as it is relevant to the assessment, a working relationship, record-keeping, or legal and accounting obligations. You can request access, correction, or deletion of your submitted information by contacting us. Some records may need to be retained where a legal or legitimate business reason applies.
